A founding partner of CW Firm, Patrick Witherington focuses his practice on probate and estate litigation services.
Patrick earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama where he was recognized as an accounting honors graduate. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor with a concentration in business transactions from the University of Tennessee School of Law. During law school, he served as an editor of the Tennessee Law Review.
Patrick is admitted to practice by the Tennessee Supreme Court and the U.S. District Courts for the Western, Middle, and Eastern districts of Tennessee.
A board member of the Donelson-Hermitage Exchange Club, Patrick is also a member of the Belmont University College of Law Inn of Court. Recognized as a “Homerun Hitter” by the Nashville Bar Association and the Nashville Pro Bono Program, he is an active proponent of volunteer legal work in the community.

Patrick enjoys spending time with his wife, Kate, and his daughter, Audrey.
